Modular or Traditional build
I firmly believe that modular factory built housing is the way forward, what are your thoughts?
A brick at a time
The building of a large villa is a complex matter with many twists and turns to accomplish in the process, each relying on the skill of the workmen on the day. I have spent a great part on my working life solving problem issues created during construction, some of which where in the first few years of the properties life.
The basic problem is, there is to much to go wrong when building teams get under pressure and corners get cut.

Factory Built
Think of it this way. The most important elements are foundation, upright walling and roofing, the rest are fixtures and fittings.
After the foundations are completed, the build commences, brick or block, bit by bit. The opportunity is there for things to go wrong, and they do. On top of that, its a very slow process and manpower intensive.
Imagine if the walls and roofing was manufactured in a controlled factory environment and preassembled to ensure everything slots together perfectly. Fixture and fitting runs built in, so there are no hacking out after construction. Perfect sight lines. Sound and thermal insulation much higher and time on site a fraction of a traditional build. Well I think you see where I am coming from.
