The design plans are not enough to complete the project, it is a place to start.  Furthermore onsite plot locations, ground conditions, shape and size will always effect final layout and construction.  It has been prepared to give concept ideas for your villa designs and help calculate costs when initially discussing your villa project.
 
I know from experience that one of the most costly and time consuming elements in plot and build, is choosing the final overall layout and appearance of the villa.  By using our design plans, it makes things a lot easer if you can present a general overview of a particular design and layout that meets with your interest.
